This is turning out to be the greatest Non adventures of Ollie & Charlie....I don't know if I blogged about my fall in August '09 but if not ....I had one great fall in August, braking my forearm in three places and shattering my elbow. I have a metal plate about 7 or 8 inches long with screws in it screwing my arm together and a new titatium elbow....with my new knee joint (5 years ago) and this arm job, I'm either a bionic woman or a walking scrap metal heep....I feel like the later !

Early Spring it was apparent that I wasn't up to a long motor home journey so our trip was scratched.

Didn't do any traveling this Summer..... still "antiquing" at least.

When I signed up for this blog we were getting ready for a long road trip in our motor home. As things went, we had some family obligations etc and didn't get to go....and last November we lost our dear Charlie so the name of this blog is really Ollie and Higgins great adventure.

In the Spring another young Bichon joined our family and we named him Higgins. We have tentative plans for a trip across country starting late July....uuugg I know that is a bad time to go where we plan....Kentucky, Tenn. and Alabama but we want to go on the 127 Corridor .....the longest yard sale and it starts the first week-end of August. We have plans to go to Hersey and Carlyle....that's spelled incorrect I know but ....both of these towns have big vintage auto shows....my husband is into vintage vehicles. I hope there is a shopping mall near for me.
